Is 11+ Vocabulary Master free?
Set 1 (the first 50 words) is free so you can try the full app. The remaining word sets are unlocked with one-time purchases, and there's no subscription or recurring charge.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open the Library screen and use the restore option. Purchases are tied to the Apple ID or Google account used at checkout, so make sure you're signed in with the same one.
Can I get a refund for a purchase I made by mistake?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, not by us directly. On iOS, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, see the Google Play refund help page.
Can I use the app offline?
Yes. All 1,000 words are built into the app, so practice works fully offline. An internet connection is only needed to complete a purchase and to use the optional leaderboard.
Will I lose my progress if I change phone?
Progress is stored only on your device (there are no accounts), so it doesn't move to a new phone automatically. Purchased sets can be recovered with Restore Purchases, but learning progress starts afresh.
How do I delete my data?
The app has no accounts and keeps your learning progress on your device only, so uninstalling the app removes it. The leaderboard stores an anonymous entry (a random nickname, your points, streak and mastered-word count) on our server. To remove it, open the Ranks tab and tap "Delete my leaderboard data", which deletes it straight away. If you've already uninstalled the app, email us and we'll delete it for you.
