This page explains how to delete your Tally Toro account and what happens to your data. Tally Toro is published by Triangle Carrot Ltd.
Delete your account in the app
- Open Tally Toro and sign in.
- Tap the settings (gear) icon on the dashboard.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away.
Can't open the app?
Email privacy@trianglecarrot.com from the address you registered with, with the subject "Tally Toro account deletion", and we'll delete your account and confirm by reply.
What is deleted
- your account, including your email address and password;
- all of your holdings and their purchase details;
- any Premium Bond winnings you recorded.
What is kept
Nothing is kept once your account is deleted, apart from copies in our server backups, which are overwritten within 14 days.
Data stored only on your device
If you use Tally Toro in local-only (offline) mode, your portfolio never leaves your device, so there is nothing to delete on our servers. Uninstalling the app removes it from your device.
